Raspberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt

Want a delicious snack that you can whip together in 5 minutes? How does raspberry cheesecake frozen yogurt sound?! Read on to learn how to make this fast frosty frozen treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2-3 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Take all of your ingredients and then add them to the blender. Blend the entire mixture until it is smooth. Want a delicious waffle bowl to eat your fabulous frozen yogurt in? Here is how to make your very own.
Ingredients:
- 2 whole grain tortillas
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds and then drape them over bowls on a baking sheet, then press them around the bowls. Spray the tortillas lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle them with the cinnamon sugar mix. Bake them for 10-15 mins and then let them cool. Scoop some of your frozen yogurt into the bowls and enjoy!
