St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Recipes

St. Patrick’s Day is only a couple weeks away, and I don’t know about you but I think it’s such a fun holiday to celebrate!  This year, I’ve looked up different festive recipes and so many of them make the use of Lucky Charms.  They’re so creative and yummy!  Here are a few Lucky Charms snacks and treats that make celebrating St. Patty’s Day ten times better.

• Lucky Charms Dirt Cake.  If you’ve had dirt cake, then you know just how good it is.  All you need to make is vanilla pudding and add food coloring to make it green.  Then, in a large glass bowl, fill in a layer of pudding, whip cream, then lucky charms… and repeat! It looks and tastes great!


• Lucky Charms Cupcakes.  This recipe is extremely simple!  Just make a fresh batch of cupcakes, ice them, and finish them off with some Lucky Charms like the picture on the right!  You can make different designs out of all the different marshmallows!


• Green Lucky Charms Pancakes.  When I was little, my mom would always make me a full green breakfast for St. Patrick’s Day.  If you want green pancakes, put food coloring in the batter.  Add some whip cream to the top followed by a sprinkle of Lucky Charms!  They’re perfect for the occasion! :)
