Have you ever had one of those weeks where you ate really badly and didn’t work out?  Times like these can take a toll on your body and leave you feeling tired and lazy.  For times like this, detox water comes in handy!  By making and drinking this water with a few simple ingredients, your body will feel back on track in no time!  Let’s check out what you need to start detoxifying your body!


  • One large pitcher

  • 3 quarts of water

  • 2 lemons

  • ½ cucumber

  • 10 mint leavesChelsea Crockett- detox water ingredients

Begin by slicing the lemons and cucumber into thin slices, while still trying to maintain all of the juice.  Fill the pitcher up with 3 quarts of water and add the lemons, cucumber, and mint leaves to the water and let it sit overnight in the fridge.  Sip on the water throughout the day and let your body take its course.  This water will rid your body of anything harmful!


It’s an easy way to a fresh start!
