Do you have trouble with keeping your makeup looking fresh all day long? Sometimes I feel like by the time I get home after school my makeup is cakey and my eyeliner is smudged all the way from here to China. Yikes! Makeup setting spray helps eliminate awkward situations like that by making your makeup stay on and smudge free all day long. Here are two recipes for you to make your own setting spray!
Witch Hazel Makeup Setting Spray
- 1/4 cup of witch hazel
- 1/2 cup water
Pour three tablespoons of water into a spray bottle, then add just one tablespoon of witch hazel. Shake the bottle for about a minute and put it in the fridge.
Aloe Vera Makeup Setting Spray
- 3 parts water
- 1 part aloe vera
Pour up to about 1/4th of the bottle of 100% Pure Aloe Vera gel into a spray bottle. Then fill the rest of the bottle with warm water. Shake the container until all the contents are mixed thoroughly.
Both recipes give you natural, refreshing setting spray that will give your makeup serious staying power!
