Mondays aren’t so bad, really! They may seem pretty rough because you are just coming away from the weekend and you are probably a little sleep deprived and not ready to get into the work/school groove, but there are some easy ways to beat the Monday blues and get back into the swing of things! Here is how to make your Monday more tolerable.

DON"T SAVE ALL THE FUN FOR THE WEEKENDS

Fun doesn’t have to be reserved for Saturdays and Sundays only! Do fun things on weeknights too so that you don’t have to feel like you need to pack your weekends full of activities to make up for a boring week.

PLAN AHEAD SUNDAY NIGHT

Sunday night should serve as Monday morning prep. Pack your lunch for the next day, lay out your clothes, get anything done that could help get your morning off to a good start so that you are not rushing around stressed when you wake up!

DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST

This one is a no-brainer. Having a healthy breakfast sets you up for success! Avoid Monday crabbiness and bad moods by eating a good breakfast.image

DO A WORKOUT

Exercise makes you happy (thanks, endorphins!), so start your day off with a quick little workout!

DRESS UP FOR SUCCESS

When you are dressed good, you feel good. A good outfit can boost your confidence and give you a little pep in your step!
