To the people who say that turtlenecks are totally not cute, I say think again! They keep you cozy warm in the chilly temps all while rocking a stylish fashion staple. Layer them under coats, over skirts, tucked into jeans, any way you want! Here are my 3 favorite ways to wear them this winter.
- Edgy and chic: If you want to try an edgy or trendy look, pair a gray turtleneck sweater with a
leather jacket, some black skinnies, and black booties. The shorter length of the leather jacket will nicely contrast with the longer hem and neck of the turtleneck, adding dimension to the outfit. - Sweet and simple: A simple cable-knit sweater turtleneck is a very effortlessly classy look. Pair a simple sweater turtleneck with darker jeans and riding boots for a classic, timeless look.
- Fun and flirty: Get creative! Wear a turtleneck with a leather skirt and boots. Wear it layered with a plaid button-up shirt for a cute combo. Wear it with a faux fur vest to bring out your chic side. Turtlenecks are great winter pieces that can be layered and worn in so many ways, the sky is the limit.
