No Equipment Workout

Do you ever have the urge to work out but don’t have the drive to leave your house? Well today I am going to give you a workout you can do from home that requires no equipment! This work out is great for snow days when you can’t leave the house. Here it goes!

 

10 push-ups followed by 10 squats

10 sit-ups followed by 10 burpees

10 push-ups followed by 10 air squats

10 sit up followed by 200 meter run

REPEAT 6 TIMES!

 Now for the running part, you can go outside in your driveway and run or just run on the treadmill! This workout may seem short and sweet, but by the end you will be feeling the burn! So, if you are ever on vacation and want to do a quick workout, or if you are at home and feeling like a bum, whip out this low-maintenance work out! It will get your heart pumping and your brow sweating!
