BLT Lettuce wrap

Are you looking for a low carb, refreshing springtime snack? Are you a lover of all things bacon lettuce and tomato related? Then you are going to love this next recipe! Introducing, the BLT lettuce wrap!
Ingredients:
- 2 whole Romaine lettuce leafs
- Mayonnaise
- 1 thinly sliced tomato
- 4 slices of bacon
1. Lay out your lettuce and spread each leaf with mayo.
2. Add the bacon strips, then layer on the tomato slices, and then top with the other 2 slices of bacon!
3. EAT UP!
This recipe can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! It is super great for you, and if you want to cut some calories out of the equation substitute avocado for mayo! If you are trying to cut carbs out of your diet then this recipe is just the ticket! Usual BLTs require bread, but not this one! This combo is totally guilt free J.
