Did you know that drinking a glass of lemon water in the morning can boost your mood? I wish I would have known about this every Monday I’ve ever had. Here are a few other things that drinking lemon water in the morning can do for you!

I had NO idea that drinking lemon juice in the morning could do so much good! Not only is it refreshing, but it’s super healthy! If you are into all things healthy, then you and I will get along just fine :)
