How to Break In Flats

Flats one of my favorite kinds of shoes. There are so many kinds! There are loafers, ballet flats, dressy flats, casual flats, every day flats, so many options! The only downside of flats is breaking them in. You want them to fit well and feel cozy! Here is how to break in your flats so that they fit just right and don’t give you blisters.
- Grab your hair dryer and heat up the inside of your shoes. Count to three pointing the hair dryer at your toes and then the
heel two times. - Pull on your favorite pair of thick socks. I love fuzzy socks so I chose those. Put the shoes on immediately after you heat them up and have put the socks on.
- Once you have done these things wear the shoes around the house for a while. You may have to repeat these steps a few times until your shoes are broken in!
If you don’t break in your flats you are in for a world of hurt! The shoes can cause nasty blisters and be downright uncomfortable.

solo cups. What you are going to do is you are going to write workouts on each popsicle stick, they don’t have to be anything super special or long, and put them in one of the solo cups labled “workouts to do”. Then label the other cup “workouts done”. Once you complete a workout on one of the sticks, stick it in the “done” cup! It is so rewarding to see all of the sticks in the “done” cup as the number of sticks in the “to do” cup gets smaller and smaller. Here are a few workout ideas that you can put on the sticks: 25 burpees, 50 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 60 second plank. None of the workouts mentioned require any equipment and can all be done at home! Have fun thinking of workouts and adding them to sticks! Once you have moved all of the sticks from “to do” to “done”, reward yourself! It is a great way to motivate you to work out, and it is also a creative way to pass spare time!

are painting your house, you first paint on a coat of primer so that the house can look its best when it is fully painted. Same goes with our faces! You want to prime your face for your makeup so you can get the best result possible! Primers are good for everyone, from those with oily skin to those with dry skin. Primers can moisturize your skin, even it out, and help acne prone skin. Choosing the right primer is all about trial and error. You want something weightless, that doesn’t clog your pores, and gives your skin the right texture. If you have discolored skin because of acne or a skin condition, primer is your buddy. Color-correct your skin by using a light purple primer if you have sallow toned skin, green primer if you have red-ish skin, and subtle pink if you have a dull complexion.
