Contouring is hard to do… I’m still trying to master the skill myself! Some of the most famous celebrities such as the Kardashians, Jennifer Lopez, and Mila Kunis are all great examples of the perfect contoured face. Here are a few simple steps to start you off:
First, you’ll need to grab a few products: concealer, foundation that is right for your skin tone, blush, bronzer, and highlighter (or just purchase a contour palette!). Start by applying your concealer under your eyes and on any blemishes you want to cover up. Then, apply your regular foundation where you normally do. Take your highlighter and apply it to your T-zone, especially your upper cheek bones. Take your bronzer and cover the hollows of your cheek bones, the sides of your nose bones, and the top of your forehead. Blend it in with a blending brush and pick up your blush. Apply your blush normally to your cheeks and take a look in the mirror! Your perfect contoured face is complete! The big key you can’t miss is to make sure you lighten the areas of your face where you need to. If you need to use a lighter shade of foundation on the upper parts of your cheek bones, DO!
If you have any other contouring tips that you like to use, share them below :)!
