Looking for a quick, easy, sweet snack that only requires 4 ingredients? If you love marshmallows and peanut butter then you are in for a total treat with this next recipe! Today I am introducing y’all to marshmallow peanut butter bars. They have a light texture and have a sweet candy-like coating. Want the deets? Stay tuned!

Ingredients:

• 11 ounce bag of butterscotch chips
• 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
• 7 TBSP salted butter
• 5 cups mini marshmallows

Start with an 8x8 pan lined with foil. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray and then set it aside. You’re your marshmallows in a large, wide bowl and set them aside. In a medium saucepan, melt the peanut butter, butter, and butterscotch chips over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once the mixture is smooth and melted, remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes, stirring often. Pour the sticky mixture over the marshmallows, stirring until marshmallows are completely coated. Pour this marshmallow mixture into the pan you prepared. Refrigerate until chilled and set, which should be a couple of hours. Slice them into bars and gobble up!
