Green Tea Frappucino

Green tea is a total superfood. If you have explored my website a bit then you have observed my obsession with green tea! The health benefits are endless, from enhancing your metabolism to boosting your energy to replenishing your antioxidants and many more! I prefer green tea over coffee because it gives me a great burst of energy without making me feel jittery or hyper like coffee does. Here I a recipe for a great green tea smoothie to start your day off right!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups ice
- 2 teaspoons green tea powder
- 1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
This recipe is incredibly simple to make. All you do is put all of your ingredients into your blender and blend them until they are smooth! Once you are done with this step you have your very own healthy, energy boosting green tea frappucino! You didn’t even have to pay an arm and a leg at Starbucks to whip this bad boy up.
