Oily Skin? Try Salt Toner.

I struggle with oily skin, like a lot of girls my age. I have learned a lot of natural ways to combat my oily skin, and using salt as a facial toner is just one of them! Salt exfoliates, cleanses, and tones your skin while giving it a softer, blemish-free look! Here is how I use salt in my skin beauty regimen.

Salt toner:

  1. Mix 1 tsp of sea salt and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of waterSea salt

  2. Pour the mixture into a container so that you can store it.

  3. This is how you use the toner: wash your face like you normally would, and then use a cotton ball to apply the salt toner all over your skin. After you have applied it, wash it off with cold water. You can also fill a small spray bottle with it and spray your face instead of using a cotton ball.

How does this toner work exactly? I’m glad you asked. The apple cider vinegar and sea salt both have properties that will prevent & reduce acne and blackheads as well as keep your skin clear. These ingredients are cheap and all natural so you can feel good about what you are putting on your skin!

Happy cleansing!

XOXO, Chels
