30 crunches
30 bicycle crunches
20 reverse crunches
(rest)
30 crunches
30 flutter kicks
40 Russian twists
15 cross crunches on each side
(rest)
25 bicycle crunches
25 Russian twists
10 crunches
You can do this once or repeat it as many times as you want! And, if you arent sure of how to do some of the moves look them up on YouTube or google!
