There is a new kind of French manicure that I am crazy about. It is a little more edgy and modern than your regular French manicure, with a little extra oomf. Here is how to create the new angled French manicure.

1. Paint your nails with your base color. I chose a shiny nude shade.


2. With a thin nail brush, paint a “V” shape towards the tip of your nail. You can get special detailing nail polish with thin brushes almost anywhere! I get it super cheap at the dollar store.


3. Fill in the “V” with your regular black nail polish.


4. With a gold Sharpie, outline the edge of your “V”. Finish off the look with a coat of clear polish to seal the design.

I love this new modern French manicure because it is fresh and unique. If you want to make a statement at prom or anywhere else, rock this new angled French manicure!
