I put raw egg in my hair today, ladies. Can you believe it? It is actually SO incredibly good for your hair! The hair mask that I tried tonight combines egg yolk, honey, and olive oil! Sounds kind of yucky, but your hair will totally thank you!
Combine one egg yolk, one tablespoon of honey, and three tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Whisk all of the ingredients together and make sure that you have a nice smooth mixture! Brush out your hair and make sure that all of the tangles are out of your hair. Apply this ooey gooey mess to the ends of your hair with your fingers. Tie your hair up into a bun to keep the mess off of your clothes. Leave the mixture in your hair for about an hour and then rinse it out with warm water in the shower! Shampoo and condition as you usually would. I recommend using this remedy once every two weeks just to keep your ends nice and moisturized, because when you have moisturized hair, it doesn’t break as easily! That means longer, more luscious hair for you!
If you are brave enough to test this fun hair mask comment below and tell me what you think!
XOXO, Chels
