Going Natural

The word “natural” can be scary for us girls. Between the frizzy, half straight-half curly hair, lovely face blemishes, and dark under eye circles, going natural is a breeze (Note: sarcasm was used in the making of this article)! Luckily, with some minor, and not to mention quick, adjustments, you can look beautiful going natural! Check out how to embrace your true beauty.
Every once in a while, it’s time to give your hair a rest. Between the endless hours you’ve spent straightening it, it’s probably screaming for help! After your next shower, let your hair air dry. For a sleek look, try adding a dime size of Moroccan oil to your beautiful locks. Start at the ends of your hair and work your way up, otherwise your hair could appear greasy. The oil reduces frizz and keeps your ends in place. If you have wavy or curly hair, try using a gel in order for it to maintain its curl.
Next comes the tricky part, your face. All you need is some concealer and sheer lip gloss. Start by adding the concealer to your under eyes and any blemishes your zits that are highly visible. If the zit isn’t causing too much harm, then let it breathe. It will hear quicker this way. Lastly, throw on some lip gloss and complete your natural look. This is an easy way to fool people into thinking you have flawless, natural hair and skin! Less is more, so go bold this summer with minimum makeup!
Love,
Chelsea
