Hey lovelies!

Most of us are some type of athlete, which means hours of exercising and time at the gym.  Some people think it’s dumb to wear makeup while working out, but sometimes when you look good, you feel good!  Now I don’t mean to go all out with your makeup, but a natural, subtle look is perfect.

As for your skin, make sure you wash your face before you hit the gym!  The bacteria in your skin combined with sweat will clog your pores and lead to breakouts.  Also, washing your skin after your work out is just as important as before!  Use a gentle cleanser and pat your skin to dry it afterwards.  Then add your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
