Store bought hair spray can be so rough on your hair. I try and limit my use as much as possible, but I also need some extra help with keeping my long heavy hair to stay curled all day long! Here is a recipe for making your very own all natural hair spray that will give you an all-day natural hold!z342 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1-2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol

  • Optional essential oils

  1. Heat the water to a boil, then add 1 tsp of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

  2. Allow the water to cool and then add in the rubbing alcohol and your optional essential oils. Mix ingredients together and pour into a spray bottle.

  3. Mist lightly on your hair and let it set for about 15 seconds.

And there you have it! All natural hair spray made with things you (probably) already have sitting around your house!

XOXO, Chels
