To me, having a yummy breakfast just sets the tone for a great day. Happy tummy, happy Chelsea! Today I am going to give you a quick, easy, low cal breakfast option that will keep you full and focused throughout the day!

Ingredients:

-Fresh Mozzarella

-Tomatoes

- Avocados

-Olive oil

-Bread or English muffins

Cut your tomato into slices. Set out a cookie sheet and line it with olive oil. Then, lay your tomato slices out on the cookie sheet and slice up your mozzarella. Lay a slice of mozzarella on top of each tomato slice. After that, lay a slice of avocado on top of each. Then sprinkle all of them with pepper and salt. Stick them in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Then take your bread or English muffin and put one of the tomatoes on it. Sounds like an amazing breakfast to me!

Have you ever noticed how every year there are new fashion trends that become extremely popular for a short amount of time?  Well those are called fads!  Most of the time they are super cute fashion ideas or clothing items, but they usually don’t last very long.  I’ll break down a few of this year’s biggest fads to help you stay on top of the fashion world, but to also help you save money, so you don’t buy too much of something that may go out of style quickly!

Peplum tops are one of the prettiest and most feminine tops a girl can own!  With its flattering shape and fun patterns and colors, who wouldn’t want to own a peplum or two?!  Unfortunately, this trend won’t last very long.  Now, don’t go throw out your peplums and definitely make sure you own one or two.  It will slowly fade.  Enjoy your pretty top for the time being!

Ombré hair, in my opinion, is one of the coolest hair trends of all time!  It’s such an edgy look that can be dressed up or down.  Although this look is pretty awesome, those who have it may be dying their hair back to a solid color eventually.  This look became popular fast, which means it will die out fast as well.  It’s definitely not a timeless look, but it’s fun for the time being!

Last, sneakers that have a heel are one of the craziest fads around.  They were first seen on celebrity kids and teens and shortly began popping up in shoe stores everywhere!  They are the craziest looking shoes!  Those who own these shoes will get tired of them fast.  This trend will not last long at all!  I hope this little guide to fads helped.  Enjoy these quirky and fun trends while they last, but don’t buy too many of them!

Good:

-          Fatty acids like salmon or almonds

-          Whole grains

-          Vitamin B6, which can be found in avocados and walnuts

-          Fruits!

Bad:

-          Caffine!!

-          Sugar, like candy soda and syrups

-          Processed foods like hot dogs or canned soup

-          Greasy foods like chips and fast food

Did you know that there are certain hair styles that look the best with certain necklines? When you are wearing a formal dress, it is always a pain to try and figure out what kind of hair style will look best with it. No worries, I have come up with a guide to which hair styles look best with each neckline, whether it is a v-neck or one shoulder dress!

1. Strapless:When you wear a strapless gown, wear your hair all down. Curl it and pull the front back out of your eyes, but leave the rest down!

2. V-Neck: When you are wearing a v-neck dress, wear your hair half up.

3. One Shoulder: When wearing a one shoulder gown, wear a side pony on the oposite side of the strap of the gown. This balances out your look! To add some pazazz to the side pony, french briad the back of your hair and then tie it off into a ponytail.

4. High Collar: I love high collar dresses. I think they are just so elegant! When you wear a high collared dress, wear your hair completely pulled up. This allows your pretty neckline to show and doesn’t distrat any attention from your dress!

          Wearing glasses is a normal everyday thing for a lot of us.  Unfortunately they cover up the prettiest part of your face…your eyes.  Making sure your makeup is on point is very important!  You don’t want your glasses to be the main focus.  Follow these simple tips to make sure you look as beautiful as ever while wearing your glasses.

• Wear liner that is a different color from your frames.  If the colors are the same, it’s more likely that your eyes will blend in with the glasses.  Make sure they stand out!


• Avoid dark eye shadow.  Wearing light eye shadow will make your eyes pop behind the lenses.


• Mascara on the bottom of your lashes is normally a good thing…except when you’re wearing glasses.  The dark frame around the bottom of your eye and the mascara on your bottom lashes can cause the look of dark circles under your eyes.


• Thick glasses call for thick eyeliner, while thin glasses call for thin eyeliner!  Don’t mix the two up.


• Be sure to curl your lashes!  Curling your lashes will open up your eyes, making them appear to be bigger.


• Don’t forget about the rest of your skin!  Just because glasses focus more on your eyes, doesn’t mean you don’t need to put a little foundation on!
