Tea is so versatile. It is nature’s best health remedy! It can be used to treat many ailments from nausea to sleeplessness. Here is a handy dandy guide to show you which tea to brew when you’re feeling blue.
For nausea: Ginger tea
For sleeplessness: Chamomile tea
For a speedy metabolism: Green tea
For the common cold: Elderflower tea
For stress: Lemon Balm tea
For bloated-ness: Peppermint tea
I love sipping a cup of tea at night before bed to calm me, and also drinking it in the morning to help wake me up and start my day off right! Tea is much better for you than coffee. I’ll have to remember these tea tips for next time I am bloated or need to de-stress!
