Ever been on a first date? Odds are, if you have, you stood in front of your closet and thought “I have nothing to wear! HELP!” Have no fear, Chelsea is here with all you need to know about what to wear on a first date.

 First things first, make sure you pick out your outfit the night before.  You don’t want to be thinking about it all day, and running around your room 15 minutes before your date is supposed to pick you up because you cannot find your favorite pair of jeans with the rhinestones on the pockets! Having your outfit picked out the night before will make you feel more prepared and ready for your date! 

When you are dressing for your date, make sure that what you are wearing reflects you and your personality. You want your date to know who you are! Wear colors that compliment your skin tone and make your eyes pop. Also, wear jewelry that accents your outfit, but doesn’t overtake it. Wear makeup that accents your natural beauty and accents your favorite parts of your appearance.  

 If you are going on a date in the fall or winter months, wear trendy layers and pretty scarves that match your eyes. Also, you can never go wrong with a fab pair of dark skinny jeans and your favorite riding boots! If you are going on a date in the summer time, make sure to wear shorts or dresses that are appropriate length. Guys like respectable girls!

 

The very last accessory you will need is a smile. Wearing a smile shows you have confidence in yourself! Also, whatever you wear, make sure you feel confident. A guy will be able to tell if you are uncomfortable, and actions speak louder than words.
