Teenage girls have to deal with a lot. One of the biggest bummers is acne! Luckily nature gives us lots of useful tools to combat annoyances like pimples. Oatmeal is a great exfoliator and is gentle but effective. rolled-oats2Here is an all-natural oatmeal mask to help with acne and acne scarring.

Mix 2 tbsp of oatmeal with half a cup of raw milk. Next, add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil and 1 tbsp of honey to the mixture and mix well. Let the paste sit until it becomes smooth, or about 10 minutes. Now it is time to apply it! Gently smooth it onto your face and massage it in circles for 2-3 minutes. Then rinse it off with cold water!

This yummy smelling face scrub exfoliates the dead skin off and also gives you a moisturized glow! Enjoy your silky soft skin.

XOXO, Chels
