The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards were just the other day and you know what that means: a red carpet full of all the hottest trends and styles of the season! Celebrities such as Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, and the members of Fifth Harmony all rocked the red carpet this year. Here are a few noticeable trends that are some of the hottest looks this season!
- Metallic. Metallic is a trend that comes and goes in waves.
Well the wave is in, and metallic is back in full swing! The picture on the right shows singer Demi Lovato rocking a metallic dress, jacket, and shoes on the red carpet.
- Jumpsuits. Jumpsuits are super comfy and can be dressed up depending on the style of them. Most of the jumpsuits on the red carpet were dressed up for the event, but you can find one that’s much more casual but just as stylish!
- Neutral colors. There wasn’t a lot of color to be seen on the carpet this year. There were some pastels or dark tones here and there, but black, white, and other neutral colors made up the majority of the celebs’ looks!
- Anything but dresses. Wait, what? I thought award shows called for the prettiest gowns and dresses? Usually that’s the case, but this year most celebs rocked jumpsuits, rompers, or pants and a stylish shirt.
