3 Must-Have Pairs of Sneakers for Fall

Sneakers are some of my favorite shoes to rock when the temperature starts to drop.  Sneaker fashion like the pictures above is comfy and not hard to throw together!  In the fashion world, you can never go wrong with pulling off a retro look, which I think is what these sneakers have in common!

1. One of the biggest sneaker trends right now is the Superstar Shoes from Adidas.  They have the original white with black stripes but also pink, black, and all white ones, too!  They’re super stylish and go with just about anything.  They’re usually around $80, but you’ll definitely be getting your money’s worth!


2. With Nike and Adidas being two of the most popular shoe brands, New Balance often gets overlooked.  They offer so many pairs of stylish sneakers!  I’m a huge fan of the suede material and you can find a lot of pairs of New Balance tennis shoes with it.  If you’re not into the suede-ish material, you can find tons of other pairs as well!


3. Roshes are one of Nike’s biggest sellers.  I feel like almost everyone I know has a pair!  Not only are they easy to throw on, but if you get a neutral color, they’ll go with just about anything!

Adidas has always been known as a sporty, workout brand offering lots of different exercise attire. Recently, people on Tumblr, Instagram, and other social medias have broadcasted the fashionable, street-style side of Adidas. Most either know one side or the other, so here’s a little insight on both sides of the brand!

Let’s start with the side Adidas is known for. Ever since 1949, Adidas has been creating workout and exercise clothing for decades. If you want a pair of shoes, Adidas has anything from soccer to basketball to running shoes. As far as apparel goes, tanks, leggings, shorts, etc. are patterned and unique.

Considering the fashionable side of Adidas, the picture above and to the left are perfect examples of stylish Adidas attire! Retro sweatshirts, t-shirts, and especially jackets are the new trend. They even offer retro-styled shoes that are spreading throughout social media. Pacsun and other stores even sell shirts and other clothing with the Adidas logo, so check it out! This is a perfect example of “street style” which is comfy but trendy. (What’s better than that?)

Athletic wear makes up a big part of my wardrobe. Whether I’m actually working out or just lounging around, I love how casual and easy it is to throw on. Athletic streetwear is a growing trend that is not only comfortable but stylish too! What more could a girl want? If you’re a little confused on what I mean, keep on reading :)!

If you have a Tumblr, I’m sure you’ve scrolled passed a pair of vintage white Adidas shoes once or twice. They’re so popular that they’re hard to even find in stores or online. Obviously you have to like the look to rock them because they’re definitely unique! Another Adidas retro piece is their vintage jacket like the one on the right. You can find them in black and white or sometimes even in light pink! So cute!

Sweatshirt dresses, oversized jersey tees, and joggers are all different streetwear pieces you can pair with accessories and the right shoes. You can dress them up or dress them down. One way you can accessorize is with hats. I’ve always been a hat fan and now I can benefit from it by pairing them with causal streetwear. There’s tons of different outfits you can come up with. Search on Tumblr and Pinterest for some inspiration! They won’t disappoint :).
