The best way to wake yourself up in the morning is with a quick workout. It gets your heart pumping and wake your body up so it’s rip roaring and ready to go! Here is a quick, equipment free workout that you can do in the morning to start off the day right.


80 Jumping Jacks


chelsea crockett workout40 Sit-Ups


20 Push-Ups


50 squats


20 lunges per leg


60 second wall sit


This workout will take you no more than 5 minutes, and you will be glad you carved out that little slice of time to start off your morning right! If you know that you are going to have a jam packed day and that you won’t have time to hit the gym or treadmill that day, then taking five minutes to knock this out will satisfy your daily workout regimen.
