It is full of amino acids and minerals including A, C, E,Chelsea Crockett- aloe vera drink folic acid, choline, B1, B2, B3, and B6. If you have stomach problems it can aid in digestion by soothing and cleansing the digestion tract. It can also boost the immune system by stimulating white blood cells.

  • Aloe is a primary ingredient used in the cosmetic industry. It’s great for the skin! Not only can it get rid of a nasty sunburn, but it can also make skin more elastic when used as a cream or gel. This keeps skin youthful looking and flexible!
