Beauty Tips So Easy You Can Do Them In Your Sleep

Beauty takes time. As a good friend of mine always says, beauty isn’t for sissies! It feels like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done that I need to do, let alone enough time to get all of my beauty prep in! In my book, the best kind of beauty treatments are the ones you can do in your sleep. Here are a few examples of remedies that can help you feel like the beauty queen you are, and all you have to do is catch some zzzzzzzzzz’s.

1. Shrink a pimple: If you have a pesky pimple or two, put a small dab of toothpaste onto it and let it sit overnight. It dries it out!


2. Moisturize: Hydrate your skin with an overnight mask to heal and nourish dry skin. You can also use a humidifier to help stop the dry air from sucking the moisture from your skin while you sleep!


3. Heal your hair: Coconut oil works miracles. Seriously. Smooth some on your strands and leave it on overnight. Cover your pillow with a towel so the oil doesn’t soak into your pillow. Be ready to wake up with the healthiest hair you’ve ever had!


4. Wavy hair: Want to wake up with wavy hair? There are tons of no-heat curl methods to try! Do a quick YouTube search and find one that works for you. These methods save your hair a ton of damage, AND they take barely any time at all! Your hair gets styled as you sleep.

Now you know why they call it “beauty sleep”!
