Tomato Tulips!

Is your family hosting Easter this year? If you are, or if you are in charge of bringing food, then I have a great appetizer that is sure to impress the fam! Introducing, tomato tulips! These adorable appetizers will have your guests oohing and ahhing! Here is how you make them:
Ingredients:
-Your favorite chicken or potato salad
- Oval tomatoes
Instructions:
- Cut a cross in the top of the tomatoes, but not all the way to the bottom of the tomatoes. Take the flesh out of the tomatoes.
- Stuff the tomato tulips with your potato salad or chicken salad. Use green onions for the stems of your tulips and tie a bow around the stems to make it really look like a bouquet of tulips!
This recipe is not only super quick and easy, but it is also good for you! Your guests will be so impressed with your edible bouquet, they will be asking for your recipe all night! You can tell them you got it from your BFF Chelsea. ;)
