Warm apple pie right out of the oven with the smell filling up the home is such a wonderful thing! It makes me feel right at home!  Unfortunately, whipping up a warm apple pie isn’t always the quickest and most convenient.  Apple pie bites are the next best thing and they’re super quick and easy!  Keep on reading to find out how to make your own mini apple pie bites.

Here’s what you need:

  • Apple slices

  • Cinnamon

  • Brown sugar

  • Melted butter

  • Crescent rolls

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, grease a cookie sheet and lay each crescent roll out.  Brush each roll with the melted butter and sprinkle your desired amount of cinnamon and brown sugar on each individual piece.  Lay an apple slice on the edge of each crescent and roll it up so that the sugar and spices are in the middle.  Place the cookie sheet Chelsea Crockett- apple pie bitesin the oven for 12-15 minutes and eat up!  Try these served alone or with ice cream.  Hope you enjoy these little slices of heaven!

XOXO,

Chelsea
