Getting Crafty: Chalkboard Paint Edition

Ever since I discovered chalkboard paint, I have been the craftiest girl on the planet. There are so many things that you can do with chalkboard paint, and I went a little craft crazy! Here are a few of my favorite chalkboard paint crafts!
- Chalkboard pumpkin: Tis the season for pumpkin decorating! Cover a pumpkin in chalkboard paint and then draw on the pumpkin with chalk to decorate it! This is a fun alternative to carving a pumpkin because it is a lot less work, a lot less messy, and you can easily change the design on the pumpkin just by wiping off the chalk!
- Fun monogram: This idea is great for girls nights and parties! Take wooden letters from Michaels and cover them in chalkboard paint, and then you and your girls can decorate them with chalk! They can take their letter home and change the design on the monogram whenever they want, and they will remember you whenever they look at it!
- Picture frame: For this craft I went to a thrift store and found an old antique picture frame. Then, I went home and painted the frame. Then I stapled a piece of plywood to the back of the frame and painted the plywood with chalkboard paint. I am going to hang the frame from my door and write cute messages on it or draw cute signs on it.
Now go pick up some chalkboard paint and get to crafting!
